Winter Show 2nd April 2017

An extra class has been added to the schedule of our Winter Show. After the first class, Class 1A has been inserted, which is a Novice Nursery Stakes class.
Hopefully this will prove popular. Non-members are most welcome to compete at the show in all sections.

This Summer

It is a little time since I last added to the Area news.
After the wonderful results that members achieved at the RIHS we then moved onto the BSPS Summer Championships Show where I noticed in the results that there many good placings and a few wins! Well done everybody.
I would like to congratulate the Young Judges Team on their first place. It was the first time for all of them in the competition and they acquitted themselves so well. The original team was left without a member when Abbie Small was taken very poorly, but at the eleventh hour Phoebe Rocks stepped in to join Freya Cade and Amy Taylor. The Area has a very good course record in the YJ's competition so hopefully we will have lots of interest from our young people next year.
I would like to wish all those going to the HOYS good luck.
Best wishes

Well done!

I would like to congratulate all our members who have qualified for the RIHS. Hopefully I will get down to Hickstead to see some of you compete.
The HOYS qualifiers are now under way. Congratulations to Clemmie Hitcham, Catherine Hudson, Abigail Staff, Lucy Glover and Danielle Johnston who have secured their tickets already!
